It is of course important that the structure of the hummus is preserved during depositing. In addition, portion control remains an important point of attention for an efficient production process.
BAKON has a choice of specialized depositing machines that efficiently distribute the exact measured quantities of hummus (or related products) across containers or packaging while preserving the structure.
In the case of a smaller production capacity, you can probably do well with one of the depositing machines from our BD Range or a Gearwheel Depositor or Piston Depositor. These machines can operate as stand-alone machine but can also be used very well as an inline machine.
If you want to deposit hummus on a large (industrial) scale, one of our production lines is probably a more suitable solution. These fully automated processes allow manufacturers to maintain high quality and hygiene standards and easily meet the desired capacity.
