International Field Service Engineer
As an International Service Engineer at BAKON you have a versatile, independent and international position.

At Bakon in Goes, the Netherlands, we design and manufacture advanced solutions for the food industry. As part of Coperion, we elevate quality and efficiency to the next level. We’re looking for someone like you to install, maintain, and repair our machines for customers across the globe.
What will you do?
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Travel to customers to assemble, commission, maintain, and repair machines and production lines.
- Fine-tune systems using smart software and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Train on-site personnel, contribute ideas for improvements, and serve as our company’s representative at customer locations.
- Work in an international environment, regularly switching between different projects and cultures.
Who are you?
- You have an MBO+ background in electrical engineering and some experience in a technical role.
- You are precise, independent, and flexible—able to adapt even in hectic situations.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
- Willing to travel the world to support customers.
