A sensor in the conveyor detects the products on the conveyor and gives a signal to start the spraying. Perfect for the spraying of, for example, hamburger buns.
The application of egg wash (or substitutes) is done by the pulsating spray guns on the spraying bridge. The spray guns can easily be position across the width of the spraying bridge, which is quickly adjustable in height by means of a hand wheel.

- Operation
This machine consist of a conveyor with polycords or a wire mesh belt for the transport of the individual products. The conveyor is driven by an AC-frequency controlled drive.
The product sensor detects the products on the conveyor and gives the ‘start spraying’ signal. The pulsating spray guns on the, in height adjustable, spray bridge take care of the target spraying on the products on the conveyor.
Loss of product is kept to a minimum as the little amount of overspray is collected for re-use in the collecting funnel and returned to the cooled container below the conveyor.
The electrical cabinet holds the PLC, the main switch, the control power indicator and the on/off spraying switch.
The pneumatic cabinet with air filter, pressure regulators with manometers and the air pressure connection is mounted on the conveyor.
