Produce cakes efficiently in high volumes with the Taylor-made Cakeline
This taylor-made cake line is developed to produce cakes in trays of 600 x 400 mm. The line starts with a Syrup Sprayer to spray syrup or liquor on the sponge; thereafter the Gearwheel or Piston Depositor will deposit a layer of cream. The tray continues along the U-shaped conveyor to add, for example, fruits or nuts on the cream and then the next layer of sponge is put on top.
When all the trays have their first layer of cream the machine lifts to the required height and a second layer of cream can be deposited.
