Dipping Line

DIPPING LINE complete with Drizzle unit and Strewer

This high speed DIPPING LINE puts an end to laborious manual dipping and starts speeding up your production. 
 
The DIPPING section is equipped with a “Au bain Marie” heating system and is easy to remove for cleaning
 
Products are transported from the poly cords of the in-feed section, onto the wire mesh belt of the dipping section. A second wire mesh belt (with is adjustable in height) presses the products softly from the top down and ensures that the product remains in place when it in the dipping section. After the dipping the products flip over onto the poly cords of the conveyor and continue to the Drizzle unit for striping and finally the Strewer for the finishing touch with  sprinkles or other decorations.

Strewer

  • The strewer is equipped with a funnel and will be activated by the product sensor on the conveyor.
  • Depending on the product to be strewed, different types of strewers can be used.​
  • The Strewer is suitable for a wide range of products (chocolate flakes, cocos flakes, sprinkles, biscuit crumbs, nut crumbs, etc.)

Dipping Machine

  • Working width from 300 mm up to 2000 mm
  • Dipping level easily adjustable
  • Dipping section removable from the machine for cleaning.

Drizzle unit (zigzag)

  • With a (heated) container and eccentric screw pump to pump the product through a hose to the decoration tube on top of the conveyor. The zigzag movement creates decorations with stripes. Unused coating will flow back into the container for re-use.

Melting Tank

  • Content between 50 and 650 liter (larger content available on request).
  • The tank has a double water filled wall.
  • Temperature range between 20 – 60 °C (Option: tanks suitable for higher temperatures).
  • Working width from 400 up to 800 mm
