The BAKON BD5 is a high-performance pump and depositing machine that deposits your products with great accuracy.

Depositing is done directly from a mixing bowl, container or pail. This means no more time-consuming filling of the hopper. Hygiene is an important theme at BAKON and a great deal of attention has been paid to the machine’s cleanability.

The BD5, that processes all kinds of (semi)-liquid masses, is equipped with hose and handgun and is therefore extremely suitable for producing individual products such as muffins, cupcakes, desserts, etc.

Operation

The BD7 is an air operated depositor manufactured to deposit semi-liquid products. The machine is built on a stainless movable steel frame on 4 swivel casters. (of which two are provided with a brake)

The frame has a built-in pneumatic height adjustment to be able to set the depositor to the desired working height or lower it completely to fill the hopper at an ergonomically level. The height adjustment can be operated by pressing, by feet, against an adjustment lever at the bottom of the frame.

With the BD7 we offer a wide range of (standard or customized) accessories to meet all your dosing requirements!

The machine is pneumatically operated at 4 bar instead of 6 bar. This makes the machine fit to use in an energy saving environment.

Operation

The BD9 DEPOSITOR is ready for use within minutes. Move the BD9 into the right working position, fill the hopper (which is easy to lower by an electrical drive), choose the right recipe and the BD9 is ready to start depositing.

Due to the unique full-colour control panel and the advanced software system it’s easy to program different recipes and parameters. With the recipe tool you are able to compose and store specific recipes for different products.

All around greasing is done with the ROTO SPRAYER

Nothing is more important than to start your baking process with well-greased baking moulds, trays and pans, especially when they have high sides or a round shape. The ROTO SPRAYER has been developed by BAKON for the greasing of round or differently shaped moulds, trays and pans.

The ROTO SPRAYER is a high-quality rotating greasing machine, which means that the spray hood exists of 1 or more rotating spray heads.

Overspray is reduced to an absolute minimum because of the rotating spray guns.

Built on a C-frame, the ROTO SPRAYER is suitable as a stand-alone or in-line machine.

Customized solutions are of course also applicable for the ROTO SPRAYER!

Operation


Trays, pans or moulds placed on the conveyor belt will be supported by an adjustable guide and are automatically transported by 2 chains. The spray hood, which is installed over the conveyor belt, may hold 2 – 16 rotating spray guns.

The rotating spray guns can be put manually – or on your request automatically – in position to obtain the best spraying results. Detection of the moulds is done by means of a proximity sensor.

The electrical cabinet is equipped with a safety light main power switch, an emergency stop and reset push button and a low-level alarm (with light + sound).

EXHAUST UNIT 

An U-shaped exhaust unit can be placed over the spray hood to suck up excessive oil mist that is created during spraying. Centrifugal force will separate the oil from the air. The removed oil is discharged via a hose and collected in a container.

The MAVERICKS DEPOSITOR by BAKON: Powerful, sensible and prudent!

One big and two small rollers of this three roller system take particularly good care of your heavy types of dough and dough with particles.

Use the touch screen to programma and save your own products settings (up to 100). The correct height adjustment is extremely important to achieve the best depositing results and can also be done by means of the touch screen.

By replacing the three roller head by a GEARWHEEL depositing head you expand the variety of products to process with more soft and liquid products.

Of course customized sollutions are possible to meet all your needs!

Operation

The three roller sytem of the MAVERICKS DEPOSITOR will give a firm and steady pressure in the extruding chamber above the mould. The rollers are provided with sanitary half-round grooves. These grooves do not run to the end of the roller so the continuously running rollers have more grip on the dough.

Speed and dosage amout are adjustable during production. Cleaning is easy, the funnel can be removed and the gears can be cleaned with water.

The MAVERICKS DEPOSITOR is multifunctional; replace the three wheel roller head by a gearwheel depositing head and use the GEARWHEEL DEPOSITOR for much more products, such as soft dough and more liquid products.

Operation

Donuts are placed on the poly cords of the in-feed section of the DIPPING MACHINE. This in-feed section is provided with a catch tray underneath. When entering the dipping section products will be transported onto a wire mesh belt; a second wire mesh belt (which is adjustable in height) presses the product softly from the top down and ensures that the product remains in place when it is in the dipping section. After being dipped the products leave the wire mesh and flip over onto the poly cords of the out-feed section.

All conveyor belts are adjustable in speed. The wire mesh belts above the transport system (to press products down) are also adjustable in height to determine the distance between the two belts.

A level sensor in the tank controls the level of the dipping product in the dipping section.

The temperature controlled tank inside the machine is double walled and filled with water to keep the dipping products at a constant temperature.

The DIPPING MACHINE can be used as stand-alone machine, but is also very well suited to extend, for example, with a drizzle unit or strewer with conveyor and melting kettles for continuous filling.

COVER OVER DIPPING SECTION

The DIPPING MACHINE can be executed with a cover to prevent the dipping tank from loss of temperature and dirt falling in. This cover consists of a stainless steel frame with lexan windows, which splits into two separate covers placed over the dipping section. Covers can be removed manually for cleaning.

 

DRIZZLE UNIT (zigzag)

With a (heated) container and eccentric screw pump to pump the product through a hose to the decoration tube on top of the conveyor. The zigzag movement creates decorations with stripes. Unused coating will flow back into the container for re-use.

 

STREWER 

This strewer on a movable C-frame with casters will be placed above a separate conveyor section with poly cords. The strewer is equipped with a funnel and will be activated by the product sensor on the conveyor. Depending on the product to be strewed, different types of strewers can be used.

Use the MELTING TANK to heat and keep products at the right temperature

Experience the convenience of the double walled BAKON MELTING TANK to (pre)heat your products before processing.

Working with the MELTING TANK is easy and safe. The hinged lid opens partially for filling the tank and the stirring device will stop automatically if the machine is still in operation while opening. The machine doesn’t take up much space and is easy to move on the 4 swivel casters.

Operation

The MELTING TANK heats various liquids and semi-liquids at a constant temperature for easy processing.  Because of the double water filled wall the outside temperature has no influence on the temperature inside the tank. The tank is provided with an operating panel for the digitally setting of the temperature.

The BAKON MELTING TANK consists of a double-walled tank with a constantly turning stirring device to scrape sides and bottom and is suitable for the (pre)heating of fondant, glaze, chocolate(coating) and other liquids.

To avoid evaporation and contamination the container is sealed with a hinged lid that opens partially. The lid is provided with a safety switch in order to automatically stop the stirring when opening the lid.

Emptying the container is done by using the outlet with valve or by using a pump (optional).

Operation

Products to be deposited are drawn in from the hopper by the pistons in the cylinders. The piston presses the product from the cylinders to the dispensing opening. Each depositing head has its own nozzle. This enables you to deposit products with pieces such as chocolate, nuts, fruit, etc.

The standard depositing volume is variable and is easily adjustable by means of the full colour touch screen.

The PISTON DEPOSITOR is a servo operated machine and complies with the latest technology. The electrical cabinet is integrated and the machine is for safety reasons standard equipped with a safety rack over the depositing cylinders and the out-feed of the machine.

Operation

Products are manually placed on the cutting plate (no doors to open because of the Safety Light Curtain System). After pressing the start button the products are placed in their cutting position under the cutting head.

The cutting head has an ultrasonic cutting blade. The length of the blade can vary depending on the trays or products to be cut. This half wave blade can cut products up to a maximum height of 65 mm.

The precise slicing is accomplished by moving the cutting table in a servo driven x-y movement underneath the ultrasonic cutting knife which is mounted on a fixed bridge with an up and down movement. The servo controlled x-y movement makes it possible to bring the products on the cutting table in every desired slicing position and allows the cutting of various sized portions.

Because the cutting blade is equipped with a servo drive rotation movement, it is possible to cut rectangular products into triangles and diamond shaped forms and round products into portions.

Programming is done using the touch screen (LCD). Different parameter like numbers of portions, cutting speed, size trim edge, etc. can easily be set or changed.
