The BAKON BD 3 is a small table top depositing machine to suit small production companies such as small confectioners, caterers, hotels and restaurants. Due to its ease of use the BD 3 increases your production capacity and also makes it possible to easily enlarge your variety of products.

Operation

Use one of the three models of the BD 3 to simplify and speed up your production process. Simply fill the hopper and start your depositing process with either the injection needles, the dose handgun or the dosing curve (depending on the model).

Due to its ease of use and cleaning (no tools needed) it is very easy and quick to change from one product to the other.

BD 3 with injection needles:

  • Application: injection of jam, fruit fillings, custard, (whipped) cream in muffins, profiterole, donuts, eclairs, etc.

BD 3 with hose and handgun:

  • Application: depositing muffin batter, cupcakes, cakes, mousses, (whipped) cream, custard, fruit fillings with pieces, sauces, salads, soups desserts, marinades, etc.

BD 3 with dosing curve:

  • Application: depositing muffin batter, cupcakes, cakes, mousses, (whipped) cream, custard, fruit fillings with pieces, sauces, salads, soups, mashed potatoes, pasta sauce, ready made meals, marinades, etc.
